Anne Holland
As Founder and past President of MarketingSherpa Inc, Holland published pragmatic research studies such as annual Search Marketing and Email Marketing Benchmark Guides and the bestselling Landing Page Handbook. 237,000 professional marketers in corporate America read her newsletters featuring exclusive Case Studies and fresh data every week. Holland has been a featured speaker, and often keynote, at more than 100 industry conferences including Email Summit, Business-to-Business Lead Generation Summits, eTail shows, Affiliate Summit, Direct Marketing Association events, Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conferences, and Ad-Tech conferences (for which she is also a former Advisory Board Member.) She has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, DMNews, Entrepreneur.com, Fast Company and Business 2.0 among others.
A 25-year business veteran, Holland's past credentials include advising such brands as The Economist and Bacardi on online strategies. As head of marketing for Phillips Business Information, a $100+ million media company, Holland led the launch team for one of the world's first profitable subscription Web sites in the mid-1990s. Holland's career started in direct marketing working for such publications as The Oil Daily, Aviation Daily, Defense & Foreign Affairs, Satellite News, and Jane's Publishing. An award-winning marketer herself, since 1992 she has served as a Judge for many industry awards including the Viral Marketing Hall of Fame, the Ad-Tech Awards, the Electronic Retailing Association Awards, MarketingSherpa's Email Awards, and the Interactive PR & Marketing Nettie Awards.
Holland is a graduate of Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut, and The Groton School in Groton Massachusetts. She splits her time between residences in the US and Croatia.

Zameer Minhas - President & CEO
Zameer is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of experience. He has spent majority of his career in industries from pharmaceuticals and healthcare to technology and retail where he has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget with a 95% + success rate. Zameer has worked for companies such as Astra Zeneca, General Electric, Proctor and Gamble and Computer Associates where he managed projects that spanned several continents with revenue flows in the hundreds of millions.
Zameer attended Punjab University where he studied Physics and Mathematics and the University of Cincinnati where he studied Information Technology.
Aimen Barma - CMO
Aimen is a seasoned marketing executive with 20 years of diverse Internet marketing, customer relationship management, loyalty, acquisition and product management experience in an array of industries from financial services to travel and most recently software, online services, digital content, subscription services and mobile services. Recognized as an expert in marketing activities from online acquisition and retention to ecommerce strategy, marketing communications and trackable social media, she also has extensive background in strategic partner and vendor management, public relations and business intelligence management. Aimen has a proven track record of entering companies in a high growth phase and delivering growth in excess of 80% year after year in both revenue and customers. During her career she has worked for companies such as Chase, Microsoft, My Family.com and Audible.com.
Aimen attended the University of Pennsylvania where she studied Biological Basis of Behavior and has done graduate work at NYU's Stern School of Business.
